Changes within the RTs (RT leaders, deputies, technical officers, internet coordinators, club meeting location address, etc.) should always be reported by email to Membership Administration (Marcel Weber, mitgliederverwaltung@107sl-club.de) and Ulrich Linde, ulrich.linde@107sl-club.de.

All data is maintained in a single database, which is managed by Membership Administration.

Information is then forwarded from there to the various departments.

Events must always be entered into the event calendar by the RTs; only then are they insured.

Invitations to regular meetings – data protection notice:

Please only use BCC for email addresses in your invitation. This way, none of the recipients can see from the email which other recipients received it.
In the “To:” line, enter your own RT or email address.

RT events with requested cost sharing must also be reported well in advance by email to Ulrich Linde, ulrich.linde@107sl-club.de.

Formation of new RTs

Except for the area of the New Federal States, there are only very few “white spots” left in Germany. The board will intensify member recruitment there, where there is a sufficient number of R/C 107 vehicles, and motivate members to form an RT.

From approximately 10 members onward, a separate RT is possible. A new formation must not negatively impact another RT’s membership base.

With strong RT growth (usually with more than 30 attendees plus their respective companions), divisions can be considered. Any RT change requires prior coordination with the board.

It is recommended (to promote our club life) to encourage members to involve their partners.

RT Registration for Mercedes Plant, Mercedes or Unimog Museum

If you want to plan a visit to a Mercedes-Benz plant, the Mercedes-Benz Museum, or the Unimog Museum with your regional chapter, registration and scheduling must be coordinated through our club office.

Direct registrations from regional chapters to Mercedes-Benz Club Management will not be processed.

Application deadline: December 31 of the previous year.
