Email: No Open Mailing List – Please Read!

An “open” mailing list (open = all recipient addresses are visible to everyone else) must be strictly avoided,

For emails to multiple recipients, the addresses must always be entered in the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) field; for the visible recipient, you can use your own email address.

According to the new data protection law, sending an email to an “open mailing list” can constitute a criminal offense:

• the RT management always has the address rtxx@107sl-club.de
• the RT Technical Officer has the address tbxx@107sl-club.de
• and the RT Internet Officer has the address ibxx@107sl-club.com,

where xx is the RT number (use only lowercase letters in the address)
