Liability notice regarding content

All suggestions, information, advice, and cross-references to other websites have been/are collected and presented to the best of our knowledge and belief. They are intended for personal use only and at one’s own risk, excluding all legal remedies, and are not approved for commercial use. No guarantee is given that the respective instructions for maintenance, care, and repair or conversion are complete and error-free, or that they are unobjectionable in terms of safety, official regulations, and insurance law.

In case of doubt, factory documents or information from authorized contractual partners of Mercedes-Benz AG are decisive.

The club expressly recommends that repairs and restorations of all kinds only be carried out by suitable specialist workshops.

The provider assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the provider relating to damages of a material or non-material nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, unless there is evidence of intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the provider. The provider expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement, or to temporarily or permanently cease publication.

Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.

All logos and trademarks on this website are the property of their respective owners. No cease-and-desist letter without prior written contact.

Should any content or information on this website or on parts of this web offer violate the rights of third parties or cause problems in another form under competition law, we request a quick and appropriate message by e-mail to our secretariat at info@107sl-club.de, citing European case law.The disputed information or content will then be removed within a reasonable period of time after a thorough legal examination, or modified according to legal requirements, without the involvement of legal counsel being necessary. The involvement of legal counsel for a cease-and-desist letter to the service provider or WIMA at a cost does not correspond to the actual or presumed will of the person issuing the warning and is therefore a violation of European case law due to the pursuit of irrelevant goals as the dominant motive for initiating proceedings, especially the generation of costs as the actual reason. It also corresponds to a violation of the applicable duty to mitigate damages.

Our goal is fundamentally to avoid legal disputes, cease-and-desist letters, and the like.

The cost note of a lawyer’s cease-and-desist letter without prior contact with the site operator is therefore rejected as unfounded in the sense of the duty to mitigate damages. We point out that we are represented by legal counsel.

Unjustified cease-and-desist letters will be rejected by our lawyer at a cost.
